Jeddah Grand Hotel

The location is perfect for exploring Old Jeddah, and the room size is comfortable. The breakfast has some tasty options, like fresh pastries.

The room was comfy and it had shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet, that's cool.

Very hospitable staff, it was perfectly pleasant stay.

There were comfortable beds and coffee/tea makers, a satellite TV, and a dining area inside the room. The airport was 25 km away from here, exceptionally nice location. The hotel itself was in an industrialised area...

I had a decent stay at the hotel, with neat rooms and fully functional facilities. The location was great for exploring the old city, and the management team provided really good support throughout my visit.

Food for breakfast could use a bit more variety.

my favorite property in jeddah. good value, fantastic 4 star hotel. tidy, beautiful rooms overlooking garden. large private bathroom. excellent location, industrial area, just next door to the trident, and the seaside. nice food in the lobby restaurant in the vicinity.

The room was beautifully maintained with satellite TV, climate control and a personal safe.

Clean pool, parking on site. Location close to Jeddah and Sea port, the attraction and shops, and the industrial areas.

The kids loved the vibrant swimming pool, although the breakfast could use some improvement. Nearby attractions like the Fakieh Aquarium and historical mosques provided lovely family outings. InShaa Allah.

For my business trip, the only thing I liked about this hotel is the location.

- kitchen is empty and not the only available water boiler is very dirty, even after I requested changing it also. - nothing in the mini bar - everything in the rooms is very old - TV is old and small - restaurant menu is expensive

Location close to Port and Industrial Centre

Internet is free in Lobby but not in Rooms.Price is high as compared to Facilities.

The recreational amenities are worth mentioning; the outdoor pool is a great way to unwind after a long day of meetings, and the health club facilities are well-maintained for those looking to squeeze in a workout. I appreciated the sauna after my business days.

Restaurants close too early.

There is no barking service and the staff is not care about you

The room was a mess-water constantly leaking, dust everywhere, and the air conditioning looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. It felt more like a rundown motel than the nice hotel we expected. Totally disappointing!
